CHEATING WITH CONSUMER REGARDING 3GMORNING

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

AIRCEL IS NOT GIVING ANY KIND OF UNLIMITED 3G TO CONSUMERS THEY ARE CHEATING..I HAVE TAKEN A SIM FORM THE COMPANY BUT ONLY THE FIRST DAY I GOT 200MB THATS ALL THEY TOLD IT IS UNLIMITED 3G EVERYDAY FROM 6AM TO 9 AM..EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT HELPING WITH THIS ISSUE …I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM THEY ARE TELLING I WILL GET UNLIMTED ACCESS WITH THE PACK 128FRC BUT I AM GETTING SPEED OF 2KBPS INSTEAD OF 62KBPS AGAIN THE CUSTOMER REPRESETATIVES HELP WAS NOT SATISFACTORY
