Dear Sir,
I have purchased an airtel 3 G Datacard on 27th June’13, but since then its 3 G it is working so slow like a 2 G connection I have filed 2 complaints (No. 51648117 dated 16/7/13 & 51722527 dated 17/7/13) the response is very slow first they message that they are not able to reach my no. then after my repeated efforts, they finally told me that I am in a Low Coverage area, hence services are not proper.
IF It is low coverage then instead of selling fraudlently they should deny as i have given my billing address of PIN 110092.
Now they generate First Bill (as informed by sms) of 350.18 for 10 days but not send hard copy till date. I also not received mail as informed in message. On calling customer care i informed my mail id written there is wrong and they are not ready to correct it on phone even i replied security questions.
As the sell is completely in a fraudlent and mischievous way I want refund of 1200 made at the time of purchase of modem and want to discontinue my number and return the data card as it is not working in the manner it6 should work.
Also they are charging for 3 G though while replying my complaint they told that billing will be of 2G after discount due to inproper service.
I appeal for refund of data card price and return of data card.
