when I reached @ Patel Tours & Travels office @ 9:45 AM July 25,2013, I was told that bus departed @ 9:30 and we don’t call to passenger who booked via internet through third party. So, I have complained to Red Bus about that. After 1 hr and 10 minutes No revert has got from Red Bus So, I again called to Red Bus where i have been told that “they confirmed with contact person of Patel Tours & Travels and he told us that Bus departed @ 9:50AM you passenger came on 10:15 AM and we contacted your passenger on his number but it was show “Switch Off”. (FYI- they hadn’t any proof that they called me, fake statement.)
This is to inform you sir there is no any satisfactory answers given by both parties (Patel Tours & Travels Contact person as well as Red Bus).
I have a train from Ahmedabad @ 4:30Pm July, 2013 and I will missed it just because of this things. I was going there to attained my company meeting,. I am the answerable person for that meeting and I won’t reach on time.
Pls help to solve this.
