I has requested termination of my reliance netconnect+ connection on 10th June. As per reliances’ rules my account should have been suspended after 7days after which no billing would happen & terminated witnhin 15 days of registering complaint. However on contacting customer care on 19h June I found that they had nor suspended my connection & were continuing to bill me. I was told this would be rectified & was informed of amount due. I paid more than due amount on 19th & informed Reliance of the same.
Now on 24th July they are asking me to pay up more for billing upto June 28th!
Clear case of harassment & extortion avfter I had to suffer with substandard services of reliance ADA.
Kindly advice what legal action can be taken.
