Defected Refrigerator

Dear Sir / mam,

I have purchase a refrigerator from Digi World Bhiwani Haryana vide invoice no. S00212610484, dated: 17/06/2013. There is problem in refrigerator there is loud noise in compressor and leveling is not proper. so, i made a complained to Electrolux and engineer Mr. Sonu visit to my home to check the refrigerator and he found that the piece is defected because there is problem in compressor and leveling is also not proper , he clearly maintained these things on his report. Then, i reach to Digi World to replace the defected refrigerator first of all his behavior was very bad and he straight forward refuse to replace the defected piece.
Now, i request to you please do something.
