Last year I have booked a Package Tour from INDIAVIEWTRAVEL agency in Delhi, but due to some reason I had cancelled the tour .
As advance I have transferred INR 12000/- to their account through online transaction . (I have all the details as proof ) .
I have mailed called you 100 times for the refund amount but they didn’t take any action .
please help me to get my money back .
