With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Broadband Services. I owned a connection, for which I requested the disconnection on 27th mar:
Here are my grievances towards the process:
I requested a disconnection on 27th mar but customer care execuctives are saying they are charging till 7th April. On contacting them, their response is (apart from being rude) that customer should have sent mail 10 days in advance as it takes 10 days for them to remove connection.
Also, I had paid initial deposit of 1000 rs which Airtel is not even acknowledging, forget returning. According to them, their software shows no such deposit whereas their executive took the money first thing in installation process.
When I call the nos. (9880985321) and customer care, they are downright rude and suggest that final amount is after reducing 1000 rs deposit. When I pointed out that my monthly plan itself was only 1200 approx,. the executive on phone (9880985321) asked me to check my facts.
I mailed to them in june with these concerns but got no reply, but in july I got another mail threatening legal action.
I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel
as they are rude and not returning my dues.
Please look into the matter as I want to close this issue asap.
