Name of company/service: HDFC Bank
I have submitted my request alongwith the required documents for address change with HDFC Bank, IRC Village Branch, Bhubaneswar on 5th of June 2013. The Personal Banker there talked me into opening another account and asked me to send the required documents for the same. However, nothing has been done yet for the same. Kindly suggest on further procedures for complaint against the bank.
