I had applied to airtel for new landline cum broadband connection to their Sales representative and submitted the completed form , photo, photo ID, address proof and a cheque with advance payment of 5months. My connection resumed from 31st may 2013 but from last 38 days, i have been following up with airtel to present my cheque to the bank. none of them are able to give satisfactory answer about my cheque.My Complain ref no- no-34970738,34120374 and my landline no is- 02041201106, My cellno- 9890563352.Can anyone suggest me some method to take this case to their higher authority because their customer service executive are not capable enough to solve my case. It is frustating to see that a platinum customer is getting this treatment.
