I had bought an RO system from Syna RO systems in Aug 2011 and later got a paid AMC (amount paid in advance)from Aug 2012, with a qtrly service, in the last one year only once and that too after calling them repeatedly. Mr.Sethi is the person that i spoke to, he is always nice to talk to but comes up with weird reasons like your’s is the only connection in Noida, we forgot etc. I regret my purchase decision of SYNA RO system big time, I would like to get my advance AMC amount refunded
