I would like to inform you that Myself Tarun Tonk, purchased one window A.C. of Hitachi Company on the date of 27/04/2011 which model no RAV418ERD from Hitachi Gurgaon distributer M/S Magnum aircon , and on 23/06/2013 this A.C. stop working , I concern about this to Hitachi customer care office((Contact No-07930414747) Gurgaon and my request no. is 13062403482 ,Hitachi service engineer came and he said that blower motor get defective, I asked him to replace this motor and i will pay the charges of new motor also, but for last 10 days they are saying every day that spare motor will come in 2-3 days and didn’t give me good response from their side and also said that they are unable to get new motor from the company. I have send email to (‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’) about the matter but I did not get any response from company also, I have informed to Hitachi Gurgaon branch office also (Branch manager Mr. kuldeep 09311192729) about this matter but he replied that motor will come after 10 /07/2013 (and not sure about the given date also) ,I have payed lot of money and my time on phone calls to resolve my problem, and Now I am very much harassed about the service of Hitachi company.
So I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority basis .
