Hanging and touch not working properly. Set with Aditya Enterprises, Panipat vide ticket no 13062702149 since 27.6.2013 but no satisfactory response. no proper response from 180030002800 also. Mobile Store Limited, Ram Lal Chowk, Panipat is also not able to help.
Pl ensure that the require parts of the mobile are replaced at the earliest.
This whole process should have taken maximum two days. Already seven days have elapsed
