I have purchased a Mobile phone from Snapdeal.com, an online portal. Mobile cost me Rs. 10,400, but the product received by me having a technical fault. I have reported this fact to snapdeal within 7 Days of receiving the product. But they have neither replace my product nor refund. Sir, I am facing problem in dealing with them also. Kindly arrange a reply from your side to me so that I will elaborate in detail.
