DOCOMO making fool.

Sir,
I had recharged my mob no 8817188944 of tata docomo with RS 45 special recharge from tata docomo web site by doing online payment. There On RS 45 Benefits/Description mention on Rs 45 was – All Local mobile calls @ 1p/ 2secs. Validity : 90 Days. But the customer care of it is saying that it is for home zone locations only. But as you see that there is nothing mention like this on there Benefits/Description segment. This shows that how they make fool to there customer through there web recharges. And I also hunted by it.
