2GB 3G IDEA INTERNET ON NOKIA LUMIA 720 NOT PROVIDED

Respected Sir/ Mam
I bought a Nokia lumia 720 from a registered Nokia Priority dealer.It had a promotional offer with 2GB 3G data for 2 months per month. I contacted the IDEA customer care to secure the offer but they were not aware of any such offer. I posted on consumer forum and I recieved two sms:
1. Your rquest is being processed.
2. Your request could not be processed.

A friend of mine told me that such promotional offers work on newly bought sim only.

So i bought a new idea sim and tried calling customer care again. They say that they are not aware of any such offer.

Why do you give such offers about which your staff is not informed? I need my offer plz.
