My mobile number is xxxxxxxxx. Internet service was enabled on my mobile in the last month and I am seeing unbilled amount of Rs.3307. I am not sure why the GPRS services were enable on my number without intimation or without my consent.
I called your customer service today and logged a complaint about the same (Complaint# 1293252035) and also asked the representative to get the GPRS service deactivated.
I request you to please check the database to correct my unbilled amount. I have paid Rs. 1000 today. I hope the issue will get rectified.
