I am pasting the complaint sent to Docomo.Please review and help me.
I thought you guys would compensate for this error. My number was not been used for close to 12 days when you guys disconnect the service. And following to that issue I am facing a network problem which was registered with confirmation # 360054155 and still this is not resolved. I need a good compensation for all the error happened from your end. This needs to be taken care within 24 – 48 hours of time. Reach me at 7200056778. I spoke to a rep who promised that I would get a call back within 2 hrs and he promised @ 21/06/2013 12:30 PM. You guys are continuously dropping the ball and I may have to move to some other network if this is not resolve as I stated above. I am going to post this conversation in Tweet, FB and You tube and few consumer affairs website which handle DOcomo problem.
