I would like to inform you that I am using vodafone no. since 6 to 7 yers and i am not satisfied with response from the Vodafone team, Delhi and want to take it further with you.
My number was incorrectly charged with Vodafone 3G !fees which I do not agree with and when I had a word with the team as i have written no. of mails since Last week of April .I am not getting a response for my complaint .
They have a same format to reply with inspite of understanding the problem they reply with a standard format .
This is really annoying i have been writing mails that i had been told by the customer care the plan is of Rs 650 unlimited 2G and 3G for 3GB. After a month my bill came for Rs 5670 approx. When i started calling for my complaint they have listed out my no. for no calls to cutomer care means if i want to talk to customer care ,I cannot . The only means to speak to Vodafone is EMAIL . So I started wring compalinty mails to them but no use , My no . is not working from last 2 months ,no calls but still they are sending messages and bills to me . Please tell if it is 650 Rs for 3G plan and 150 for calling how can be my bill is Rs 6500 plus . Kindly tell what should i do .
Inspite of wring so many mails about 10 to 15 they told me in their last mail that pls tell me the names of the person who choosed your plan .
I mean ” what a poor and low standard response” I really doubt your service.
The worst service I have ever seen. I have been writing the mails since the day i got high amount bill .Still they are asking same ???
I wanted the Vodafone net plan! charges and the month for which i have not used the services completely waived off also the late fee.
Also, I get calls from the Vodafone team and since i am not using vodafone services now , I will term this as harassment and want to stop this effective immediately.
I am planning to file a legal complaint against this, if this is not resolved.
