1/there was an auto loan in year 2004 of 482000 which was pre paid fully wit noc and car was sold the same year which stand still in cibilas overdue .this loan was in american express bank where i have deposited cash as prepayment loan and more than ammount due as pre payment charge and have noc ……………………….
2/Standard Charter Credit card -4129-0586-8020-1825 gautam chhabra not used sice past ten years but payment is showing against my card as written off in cibil and i contacted repeatedly ur bank for statement which they are not supplying they have called me on21 and 22 of march after my query and said 6000 for settlement more than 20,000 for no due even if there is no purchase on card . I have never received anystatement from Bank regarding usages or overdue so it is showing Current balance 1,58,512 as written off my credit card has expired on 4/2002 and no communication has been verified in several years except since 17 of march i am regularly communicating with them and and have logs of reminders where no solution has been aimed only time and breach of time has been focussed where this talk was repeated kindly verify and resolve this issue
