I recharged my Tata Sky account in March 2013 for a semi annual super saver pack for Rs.3000/- as mentioned below which i have copied from their website.My semi annual amount survived only for 3 months as now they are asking me to recharge again to continue with my services.How can they charge me an amount for a period of 6 months and lasted only for 3 months.No clarification has been provided by tata sky customer service representatives in fact they are telling us that you should have called at the time of recharge so as per them we did not call so they charged us on daily basis, this is a complete fraud i must say and making fool of the customer.After runiing from pillar to post with the customer care i have recieved nothing but a very arrogant attitude of executives.
I would appreciate and request you to please assist me in getting the credit back into my account at the earliest.
