from STAR CJ alive.
on the next very day i hd complain to their online customer care no. that product is not comfortable and did’nt suit me and i asked him to take back.after so many calls we didn’t get any reply than after one month person had come to take a product and said that within 21 days the money will be refunded.
but sir/ma’am after my so so many calls neither they had refunded my money nor they are connecting me to their senior…i m frustated with them,my appx.500+ amount was waste on calling them.i had maied them also and write in it that if they not efunded my money so i’ll complain in consumer forum but also they hadn’t reply….
every time when i call them they just say that we are forwarding your complain but never their call came back.
please help me out of it.please it is a very kind request to u please
