Hi,
I applied for a credit card with HDFC Bank in month of April, 2013. I filled the application and have submitted the documents with one of their agent. Then after 1 day i received a call from their office to confirm the type of credit card and to verify my details. Agent told me that i will receive a confirmation in few days and will get the card in next 7 to 10 business days. But today is 16th june i havent heard anything from them. I am unable to contact that agent who filed my application and even HDFC Bank said they
will find my details bt they havnt done that. This is the worst service that i have rcvd from any bank. I want to make a compalint about that agent and ant to get a responce.
