I had purchased toolkit from eBay online shopping portal at price 2000Rs/-, also received within 8-10 days after ordering. But when i checked this toolkit, it was very very poor quality. So I tried to use refund policy. When registered complaint after 7-8days EBay called me said return the product on seller’s address, as discussed with eBay officers, I packed it proper condition immediately sent courier and when i received again call for to send mail a proof of despatch copy. Same day i got email, claim is closed giving reason of not received a proof of despatch copy.
Now seller is lying with me, said product is not in good condition. He is not giving any refund and eBay officers are asking for written from courier after 1month, which is not possible to courier agent to give any written. Finally EBay is not giving money back guarantee. I have lost my money also lost product. When i logged complaint to refund after many follow-up 30-45days, still no any refund received. First officer said will get refund in 2 days, after 20-25days, another officer said claim rejected. All are fraud of return policy. Seller{Mr.Subhash K Sharma, Delhi, merihomeshop} and EBay are making fool to customers. Our govt should close up such fraud portals.
