Balance Deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Barasat&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Aircel</p>My phone cant acess internet service.bt still customer care of aircel network told me that due to internet acess my balance has been deducted from my mobile.
In 3 days almost rs-35/- has been deducted from my main balance…
When i wanted my money back the customer care employee told me that u never can get the money back and disconnect the phone.
Plz take a necesarry action so that i can get my money back.
