HTC scam

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Bilaspur (H.P.)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: HTC</p>i am complaining so many times and the htc executive just ignore my complaints.its been 5 days that they said me their worker will come to my place to pickup the htc phone in two three days.but no responce from them.plz help me to provide a good service or help me so that they return my money..or exchange my phone.its a very bad experience with you htc guys
