I bought Karbonn A15 mobile in December from Homeshop18 and the phone hanged in April and did not switched on after that. I submitted my phone at Ayushi electronics on 04.05.13 and have not received my phone back till now on 03.06.13. every time I call them, I get the same reply that the phone will come in 2-3 days. Biggest problem is that there is no central service call centre where we can esclate the matter. Toll free numbers are always engaged as I am trying from last 1 and half month and still not connected once.
Please do the needful.
