Worst service provider and Mannerless customer care representatives

Location/place: Sector – 7 Dwarka

Name of company/service: Reliance communications

I have applied for a reliance postpaid connection on 14th May’13 which included portablity from vodafone to reliance. I was promised that they would activate my connection within 3 days. After 3 days I receive a call from Manish ( 9716886907) informing me that portability is not possible and I need to take a new postpaid connection, after 4 days I dont recieve any call or information about my connection on 22nd May I give a call to Manish then he tells me that he is no more in Reliance and is handling Aircel communications. In this time there was no action taken nor connection moved a inch. I give a call to customer care ( 8467025305/8467025323) there is no response after trying for 3 hours there is this lady who picks up the call andd says she has no information about the CAF document. After demanding her to trasnfer the call to her senior manager or team lead which she is reluctant to transfer or she switches off the phone for next 3 hours and tells me that her manager would give a call back he is absoulutely free. Again I gave a called on 24th may there was Mr. AMIR DAS( 9911376368) promised that he would activate my connection and confessed that till date my documentation was not updated nor any action taken against my number. the next day I receive a call saying that I missed to attend the verification call o 30th May infact for the entire day I dont receive any call from the reliance customer team. Today 3rd june when I try to call Amir, Manish or the customer care team all the mobiles phones are switched off no respose they are not refunding the deposit amount taken from , they are rude and least bothered to answer the customer calls. Nor a courtesy to answer the customer query
