Hi, I have a Tikona internet connection at my residence. I am facing the problem of frequent disconnection of my Internet connection. I raised a complaint on 28th May, 2013. I was told that an engineer would visit my place and fix it. The engineer visited in my absence(not sure if he really did) and closed the complaint without any confirmation with me. I am unable to connect to the customer care toll free number even after waiting for upto 20 minutes.
After much hassles, whenever I manage to connect to them, they just ask me to restart the device or avoid fixing the problem by saying that the problem would be resolved in 2 hours.
I got the connection about 3 months back and must have raised at least 7-8 complaints for various issues. I cannot opt for any other internet provider as I have been charged heavily in the name of installation cost.
I cannot keep on wasting loads of time trying to follow up with the customer care.
Please help me fix this.
