Hi. I had purchased quanto in November 2012. At the time of delivery Ac Grill was broken which was notified. After few days there was noise issue in the car. I informed service centre and they said will be rectified at first service. But it was not done. Then I brought the vehicle back to showroom for noise issue on 9th feb. They said it’s because of doors. But it was still not rectified. Then at 2nd service I stayed at sterling mahindra faridabad showroom for service for the whole day. Then they told Centre Bearing was broken. When I asked the reason they told it happens in 1 out of 1000 vehicles. They replaced the same. But Ac Grill was still not rectified. Now 2 days back while my wife was driving, the Steering Belt was broken due to which Steering was jam, Breaks were not working and the front portion of the car heated badly. There was sparking noise in the car. My wife took out herself and my kids out of the car immediately. Pls imagine what could have happened to my family. Since the day I had purchased the car I am facing issue. The car was hitted from front nd back due to sudden stop. Please replace our vehicle. Its less than 20000kms and so many issues we have faced.
