Delay in delivery of Goods

I have booked my household goods from udupi, karnataka to Jorhat , Assam on 20th April’2013 as per commitment to deliver the goods within 20 days of time.
But till date they have not delivered and after repeatedly inquired they does not give any answer and without household goods my and family is presently staying in hotel and unnecessarily expending money and also we are in mental deli ma
