I had bought a HP laptop last year in August,they did not provided me with any kind of manual with the laptop.Now my touchpad is having some issues and HP is not ready to include my issue under their warranty policy.Their terms and conditions are so ambiguous and vague that they can just exclude anything from their warranty.This is the link
