Payment failure of damaged and fault product lead to register a case in court.

Hi sir,Myself abdul Mazid proprietor of rising agengy(My shop).We are the distributer of oster products of our district east midnapur.We have recieved some amount of damaged and faulty products worth about 5 lac 60 thousand which we came to know after submitting the cheque for payment.After we came to know,we had make the cheque bounce.When the oster found of fail of payment,they register a case on Andheri east court.Now i have got a call for hearing relating to that case.So please help me out.Ph No-07276371473
