We were forced into making a very quick and on the spot decision, regarding joining membership for a certain Country Vacations Package, by making an initial payment of INR 17000, when we were on our holiday trip in Goa. After coming back from the trip, when I and my wife sat and analysed, we figured out that, we are actually not in a position to afford the complete package which includes annual maintenance as well. When communicated, we were told this money cannot be refunded. Please help me in recovering the above said amount, since it’s too big a amount for me to lose. Expecting an earliest action on the same. Thanks in advance.
