I am Santanu Biswas, a resident of Lalpur, Chakdaha (PIN- 741222) in West Bengal. Here in the Chakdaha area, two BSNL Exchanges – BSNL (East) and BSNL (West) – provide the BSNL Internet service both via Landline-Broadband and Data Card (USB Modem). I have been using these facilities since last two years. But, for the last one month they have failed to provide Internet connections here in the local areas. Though, I reside within 1 k.m. of the BSNL (East) Exchange and its adjoining Tower, BSNL-3G connection is not working here in our locality. Nor the BSNL-2G connection is properly working. Even the calling facility from BSNL 2G mobile phones are also being interrupted. Therefore, we have faced a difficult problem here and totally abstained from the Internet service. I have contacted and complained the BSNL (East) Exchange several times. But they did not pay any heed to my complaint. Many other persons consuming the services provided by the BSNL (East) Exchange are suffering from same problems. But the Exchange did not take any satisfactory step to solve the problem.
I will be obliged if you kindly take any measure to solve this problem immediately. Otherwise, we will be facing this problem and many important works cannot be performed using internet. Nowadays, Internet has been as important as water to us. Kindly, consider my problem and take step to solve our problem.
