Dear Team! I am mamta from dilhi dwarka-7, I purched one air cooler online from pepperfry. they post their ed venus air cooler something 50 % off and one Iron free with this.
Ipaid 2760 rson line . first they siped one week late my product when I checked it …cooler is not working condition…and Iron is Missing and No warronty card inside. I called him….4 time…every time they gives me time 48 hours, 24 hours etc. for resolving my problem, and said our agent come to your house and replace it…but no one come. I agained Called before 2 days…that time their agent said…. we will refund your money and Take our cooler…और मुझसे कहा गया की हमारा एजेंट आके कूलर
