Fraud by Nokia

I purchased Nokia X2-02 (IMEI:354600058416800) on 1st January 2013, but after a week it started giving problem. A blank screen started appearing after usage of few minutes and it use to happen 4-5 times in a day and rest of the time it use to work fine. After seeing these problem i had submitted my phone to Nokia service centre ( MICRONAS TELECOM, C-4, SECTOR-2,NOIDA, INDIA) (Job sheet no. is 130131/3).

They return my phone after a day and very next day i realise that the problem is still not fixed and then after few days i had submitted my phone again to the same Nokia service centre on February 28th, 2013. As per the job sheet and the customer service representative, i should have received my phone on the same day that is on 28th feb 2013 but haven’t received till 25th March, 2013 even after visiting Nokia center 4-5 times as they were not updating me about the status of my phone (Job sheet no. is 153433527/130228/34).

Then on 25th March i logged a complaint at Nokia main office (SP Infocity,Industrial Plot no. 243 Udyog Vihar, Phase 1,Dundahera, Gurgaon,Haryana – 122016,INDIA) for the same after that only i received my phone back on 26th march 2013. (complaint no. is 1-13848861139).

But along with the previous issue some new issues like phone get restarted on its own and it use to get hang,etc also started coming in my phone. Then again i tried to log the complaint for the same at the main office(SP Infocity,Industrial Plot no. 243 Udyog Vihar, Phase 1,Dundahera, Gurgaon,Haryana – 122016,INDIA) but every time i called them i get a reply that the concern person is not available and they will call me back for the same and its been more the 15 days, i didn’t get any call inspite of regular follow up.

After few days again i had received my phone, but the problem is still not solved. Around 5-6 time i had submitted my phone but nokia is not able to solve my problem. And now finally they told me that we can not submit your phone because higher authority told us.
