RESPECTED SIR,MY NAME IS B.V.S.APPAJI.I PURCHASED VOLTAS VERTIS PLUS 1.5 TON A/C ON 03/10/2011.THE COMPANY ASSURED ME TO GIVE SERVICE WHENEVER REQUIRED.I PURCHASED THIS UNIT FROM AUTHORIZED DEALER VASAVI AGENCIES RAJAGARI THOTA SAMBASIVARAO PET GUNTUR 522001.CONTACT NUMBER 9848476713.THIS A/C PURCHASED BY ME FOR MY OLD MOTHER.IT IS NOT WORKING IN THIS HOT SUMMER.I GAVE COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 14/05/2013 AND THE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 13MY1403566 THEY ARE NOT SENDING TECHNICIANS TILL TEN DAYS PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTION TO GET JUSTICE
