Status showing : Handed over to Blue Dart
Blue Dart Tracking Status showing wrong ref. / AWB
2) Order ID : 2033 1697 dt 22.04.2013
Item : Prestige Juicers
Money Paid :2220/-
Status showing : Handed over to Blue Dart
Blue Dart Tracking Status showing wrong ref. / AWB
3) Order ID : 2044 7397 2044 8865 2031 9683 2033 2010 dt 22.04.2013
Item : Go Untucked Sketch Active Gym wear with Gym Bag + 2 Gym Pants
and Combo one Black and one Yellow Canvas Shoe

Status : Only Black Shoe (order ID 2033 2010 ) received so far. All other items are pending.
The Customer Care Executives are just either giving misleading and wrong info. / no info. or disconnecting the phone call. Also they are not replying to my mail queries.
Please help to resolve the issue by either getting the ordered items or refund.
