HDFC bank have debited sum of Rs.560 from my account

Location/place: Nabha/Punjab

Name of company/service: Govt.

I am a residence of NABHA,Dist Patiala- Punjab.I opened a SALARY ACCOUNT WITH ZERO BALANCE in HDBC BANK PATIALA,LEELA BHAWAN(Main Branch) with ACCOUNT NMBR-01161050187564.
After i stopped depositiong my salary,I have to mantain Rs. 5000/- as minimum balance as per the information given by HDBC BANK,NABHA.
I maintained the amount(above 5000) but even then Rs.280/- has been deducted twice on 30/03/13 and 12/04/13 without any intimation.
My phone number – 9914408400 has been registered in the bank but no message is given to me even after deduction.
I went to bank for clarification and now they told me that the account is with PATIALA branch and you have to maintain Rs. 10000/- . Even i talked to customer care,they are not ready to refund the money.
Please refund my Rs. 560/- as it happend due to wrong information given by HDFC bank, NABHA or i will take the issue legally.
