   Dear idea celluar This is not just about sorry you should stop such type of cheating .Earlier you people have deducted my father in laws balance( from Mob. 9992293575) for unwanted schemes like news ,cricket time and again .He is a village old person do not know how to stop these schemes,also if some one want to stop these schemes you people are charging RS. 6 per SMS or minutes which is quite disgusting.
   Hope I will get my balance in my account within two days otherwise I will sue you people for fraud and cheating.

   Dear Idea cellular( though you are not dear still I have to follow the decorum)
   Kindly provide your Managers contact no. I would like to talk to him .I want a honest answer from you people on this issue it is not just that you have deducted only my balance.You are doing it with innocent peoples everyday and earning money due to this which is completely against the business ethics.
   Think about a person who do not know English and can’t read your message and you are deducting his balance every month on behalf of you fraud schemes.Why you are doing this ,don’t you have any shame?
