Deduction of amount for some unknown pack regularly.

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

This is Ajay Kumar from Ranchi, Jharkhand and I am using a Reliance GSM number 8252836832.

I have never subscribed any pack on my mobile instead there is a regular deduction of Rs.3 for some VAS USSD Services in regular intervals in the month of April 2013. My last deduction was on Wednesday (8th May, 2013) morning at 11:25 hrs for which they are not even replying anything to my mail. When I have not received any promotional call, how this pack gets activated on regular intervals?
