I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 800 around May 5th and it was in a perfect condition till October when a physical damage (a deep scratch on the screen) was inflicted on the unit and I had to repair it with Nokia Care Centre by paying around 10000 Rupees. A month back I had a complaint with the charge portal of the unit and when it was taken to the NCC , it was said that it would have to be sent to the head office (Bangalore) and was told that I will have to wait for 20 days for repair. After a few days , I got a call and it said I will have to pay for the repair even though there was no liquid damage or tampering (the unit was previously repaired by nokia care itself). I had been in touch with Nokia, and they can not give a proper reply for it. I strongly believe my unit has to be repaired under warranty because all the repairs carried out with Nokia and Nokia should repair the unit under warranty.
