Internet Offer not working

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Vodafone India

On 27 Apr 13 around 8 pm I bought a cell phone Samsung Galaxy Grand in which I (Vodafone service users) was suppose to get the offer of 3G/2GB data for internet. I received the offer on 27 Apr 13 at 23:04 hrs. On 30 Apr 13 at 11:27 hrs I was unsubscribed from the package. And I received another SMS from Vodafone that you have received 125 MB of 2G data.
There after I complained in Vodafone care on 30 Apr 13. at 12:12 vide complain no 1325991938 and 1326017898. The customer care person told that I will be called back in 48 hours, but I did not received any call from them. There after I called them many times but my problem was not resolved.
