Name of company/service: Spice Jet
On 9th May I was booked on Spice Jet From Dubai to Delhi.I was holding one cabin baggage rest no checked in baggage.After all check in process I had stopped by commercial staff on departure gate & they demanded DMS 200 for 4 kg extra baggage.
1. If rule is not to carry more than 7 kg cabin baggage. How airline staff can demand money.
2. If passenger is holding over limit then airline staff has to Issue Limited Release tag ( LRT) & send baggage in Aircraft Hold.Spice jet staff was not aware with LRT concept at all.
Resulting Spice Jet staff had off loaded me on departure gate without considering , Passenger is on foreign land , visa constrains , how will he come back to my country , is passanger is holding enough money to purchase new ticket , what & when is the next flight etc.
Not even this , staff had closed the gate & walk away leaving me unattended……
On Dubai airport when I tried to know the staff name , nobody is willing to give his name & walk away……I was alone on Airport & seeking for help at 12 Hrs in the night….This is sad part of totally unprofessional & inhuman behavior of Airline staff.
I went to Emirates counter & bought one way ticket to Delhi.Emirates had not asked any cross question on that baggage as I had not any check in baggage & all in the limits.
At last I came to Home safely…
Spice jet is treating all passengers as a cattle class & not able to improve there service Image….
How can any airline staff treat there passanger like this….
I am willing to file a case against this Inhuman behavior.
I have my Spice Jet Boarding Pass , Emirates utilized boarding Pass , Spice Jet Ticket , Copy of one way Emirates ticket , Invoice of Emirates ticket.
Please help on above
