Twice Deduction for same service

Location/place: Amravati

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

I recharged my cell with rs. 70 recharge and then recharged of msg pack rs.67. After that also they had deducted rs.67 again from my balance amount. That means I have been charged 2 times for the same service and which is valid for the same time. when I called customer care and talk to there subordinate superior also there they refused me by saying that it is autorenewal pack and we will not refund you for that service neither extend that service. I said them how can they deduct the for same service twice. means all from the conclusion they had charged me rs.134 for the same 1 month msg pack which is of rs.67.
