Mobile no change from postpaid to prepaid

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

I had postpaid of idea cellular which i submit in Truth communication,TFR 303,owner-Bharati,Employee-Suresh,Geeta colony, to whom i have given my sim in January month but since then my number not activate till today,due to that i am facing lots of problems,so please resolve it as soon as possible.
