Indianmoney pvt ltd forfeit my 3000 rupee only regarding to provide me genuine leads of customer who seek for medical insurance, but after buy there leads I found all leads are fake and those customers are never ask for medical insurance agents information from indianmoney, as the time of purchase this leads indianmoney told me to replacement guarantee ‘of those leads if not works, as march is the best month for selling insurance
product and we have lots of pressure for selling in March month from insurance companies, so I had purchase those leads in between 8th march 2013, as company ensure me to replacement of not working leads after called them on all leads and found not Woking of this leads I had request for replacement of those leads but no ereplacement leads I got from their sides till end of the March and my business had been hampered due to this inefficiency of their services, after mail many complaints and asked for refund my 3000/- rupee they only give me again not interested client number for namesake and totally refused to refund my money, and at the time of purchase this leads their call center manager rohan and their executive vinayak called many time to convince me for bye this 3000 package when I was interested for a sample leads, this two guys also assured me to sending a hard copy of Mou but I never got this now, after called those guy they had never pick my call also,
I had lost my 3000/- hard earn money in their fake and ineffective services and want my money refund from indianmoney, I have many request mail to them in my record if needed I will provide them,
