ATM to cash withdraw but Rs.500 less in actual amount

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Gurgaon&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: SBI BANK MEHRAULI RD, GGN(HR.)</p>I am doing cash withdrawl at ATM 10,000 but we have received 9,500 at ATM two times, than we are complain to customer care on SBI(Complain no. 1)AT42928132846 and 2)AT42928132843 Dated.303\2013, The complain has resolved on 06-apr-13, but bank RM said to us, you told lie, you have received actual amount 10,000 & 10,000(two times).
We are helpless, Please help us.
