Location/place: Delhi

One of the eCommerce websites with the name shopjii.com is committing frauds with online customers by taking money through Credit Cards and not shipping their items. Earlier their customer support service was working and we could talk to customer care executive and check for the status. Now the customer support service has stopped working. The only means of contact is through mail, which is not a very reliable source.
The following is the address of the company which is mentioned on the website:

Neamatpur Asansol – 713359

The order ID of the order I registered on this website is: 11262.

Please take a legal action again the company so we don’t have to face such fraudulent activities in the future.

    Please go ahead and lodge a police complain in your local police station with all the details.
    Check with Cyber crime department in your city. They will receive a complain and contact Calcutta Cyber crime Department.

    Call me for more details.
