Videocon D2H service not given till end of subscription time

Location/place: Ulhasnagar, Mumbai

I have videocon D2H service. I bought and renewed my pack on 7th Feb 2013 for 3months subscription. At that time, they also said you will get additional 3 months free. But my service was stopped by company on 18th Apr 2013 before the end of 3 months subscription. Also the free 3 months subscription as said was not given. My customer id is 11675730. I visited the dealer and also called their customer care. But they are not resolving. I have the audio recording of their commitment to 3 months subscription + 3 months free.

Kindly help, to resolve.
